The leisure-friendly certification system is a system where the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Regional Culture Promotion Agency select, certify, and support companies that can be exemplary so that workers can harmonize their work and leisure life. As of the end of 2021, a total of 293 companies and institutions were certified as a leisure-friendly company, and 10 excellent companies and institutions were awarded the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Director of the Local Culture Promotion Agency.
